The Process
Get A Quote

How It Works

Site Visit

We’ll arrange a site visit to assess and understand the location/terrain, your guest list size and event theme so we can advise on what’s best for your event.

Deposit

At this point, we assess any changes that may need to be added to the quote. If all is agreeable we will invoice for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Install

The TM Event Hire team will deliver/deploy your event equipment 1-3 days before your event. All you have to do is watch!

Let's Party!

After everything is set up and ready to go, once we have final sign off from you we will leave you to party!

Collection

Our team will arrive the next day to take down/collect the equipment, taking care of everything.
