How It Works

Site Visit

We’ll arrange a site visit to assess and understand the location/terrain, your guest list size and event theme so we can advise on what’s best for your event.

Deposit

At this point, we assess any changes that may need to be added to the quote. If all is agreeable we will invoice for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Install

The TM Event Hire team will deliver/deploy your event equipment 1-3 days before your event. All you have to do is watch!

Let's Party!

After everything is set up and ready to go, once we have final sign off from you we will leave you to party!

Collection

Our team will arrive the next day to take down/collect the equipment, taking care of everything.

The marquee looked absolutely stunning and all of our guests couldn't quite believe how perfect it all looked! Tom and his team worked incredibly hard (in pouring down rain in the middle of June!!) to put up the marquee and ensure everything was perfect. The guys were all super friendly and helpful and I couldn't recommend this company enough for marquee hire, cutlery hire, etc! Thank you so much!

Yes, all TM Event Hire equipment/items included in these event hire packages are delivered to the location of your event a day before and picked up the day after.

We would recommend that you order the same number of chairs as guests you have invited. Two weeks before the event we would need final numbers, but we always allow for numbers to drop and increase slightly.
